How does embroidery work?

Quickchilli offers the classic embroidery services, wherein Shirts, T - shirts, jackets, caps etc. can be embroidered with customized logos. Embroidery is a very old process, in which a design is woven onto fabric or cloth using a thread and needle. Today with advent of technology, embroidery is no longer sewn by hand but a digital file is created of the embroidery design. This file is inserted in a digital machine for embroidering the garments automatically with the saved design.

What do you mean by Digitized Embroidery?

Digitized embroidery is the process in which company’s logo or brand name is digitized and then sewn on to clothes in the form of embroidery. Our embroidered logos are tough and have a long life, they are usually known to outlast the garment its self. After consultation and discussion with the client we set up the logo or design to be embroidered in a digitized file. The file is then loaded into the computerized embroidery machine. The machine then replicates the digital design in the form of embroidery on the clothes. You can create Digitized embroidered shirts, custom embroidered t-shirts, jackets, caps and knitwear.

About Quickchilli

Quickchilli, a designing and branding company was established in 1998 by Paul Venning-Pridham. Prior to launching his own company Quickchilli, Paul had worked for more than 10 years as a Graphic designer for other companies in the Litho printing sector. After a decade working in the industry, Paul decided to explore the creative side of designing especially websites and exhibition graphics. He enjoys the designing challenges he faces while creating and designing artwork which can fit even on uneven surfaces, like vehicles, shop fronts or clothing. His love for photography, videography and editing combined with the idea of creating new and interesting design idea brought him to this wonderful field of creative branding and designing.
